Cancellation policy

 Cancellations must be submitted in writing and must include the booking number for verification.

  • Up to 7 days before arrival: Full refund.
  • 3–6 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.


All refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of confirmed cancellation.


The accommodation reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, safety issues, or overbooking). In such cases, guests will receive a
full refund.
